Hi!

I am a Christ follower blessed with a faith-filled husband, 2 incredible sons and so much more. God is so faithful! Being the only girl, I am always surrounded by hockey, baseball, football, muscle cars, loud noises, and all the wonderful things that make men who they are. But, I was born a girly-girl and like everything pink, frilly, and with jewelry and makeup added! Often I’ve felt as if my disjointed, but blessed lifestyle is overrun by testosterone! But, I have found that God is perfect and He knew the balance I needed ~ the perfect men in my pink-colored world: pigs in champagne!

Purse Christmas Gifts

I wanted to make something special and meaningful for the girls at work. I ended up making 18 little purses: 12 for the girls in the elementary and middle school office and the rest to put gift cards in for other friends. So far I only gave them out at the elementary and they have been a BIG hit!

The ornaments are from Oriental Trading and I made the purses the perfect size so they fit inside. I loved the story included. Olga told me she was using her purse as an ornament on the tree! LOL These were thoughtful, affordable gifts that show the spirit of Christmas is the gift of Christ's salvation. I pray someone will be open.

Apron Card

I believe the dress form has met its match...the APRON!!! I dream about apron cards. Here's my first attempt at one:

Tell me it's not simply ADORABLE!!!
Cartridge: From My Kitchen

Dress Form Card: Another

I can't get enough of this dress form. I love it!!! Found this paper and knew I had to make another card. Wonder who'll be the lucky gal to get it...

Cartridge: French Manor. The paper is from Paper Niche. Just a few sheets left and I snagged them!

Knit Happens!

I loved this sentiment and stamp when I saw it. At first I thought of Jackie because she knits but I think I will save it for someone who is having a bad day. Not like life-altering bad, just like bad hair day bad. Colored it all with Copics. Simply adorable!

CTMH: Flip Card

Love that the Artiste cart has 9 flip cards!!! Here's the circle and I stamped the wreath also from CTMH.

Imagine Bird on Scallop

So disappointed that PC is not continuing the Imagine. I think it's such a great machine. I hope they continue to at least make cartridges. This card was made on the I, everything is I: the paper, the shapes, the bird.

Princess Card

A quick card using a diecut I simply glitzed with glitter, some tulle, flowers, and pretty background paper. Done

Some Christmas Cards

I'm probably not going to make a lot of cards this year. So, I took these two that I had from last year as a start. Trying to get my spirits up and get into the mojo... Need to remember that it's about Christ. That always makes me happy and joyful.

The Christmas tree is a die from Hearfelt Creations that I triple cut, folded, layered, and glittered the ends. Very pretty! The second is just one of multiple graphics from a 12x12 paper. Add a little glitter and done!

Coffee Carafe Card

How cute is this card shaped like a coffee carafe! I made it for Regina as a little thank you for inviting me to the crop at her house.
