Hi!

I am a Christ follower blessed with a faith-filled husband, 2 incredible sons and so much more. God is so faithful! Being the only girl, I am always surrounded by hockey, baseball, football, muscle cars, loud noises, and all the wonderful things that make men who they are. But, I was born a girly-girl and like everything pink, frilly, and with jewelry and makeup added! Often I’ve felt as if my disjointed, but blessed lifestyle is overrun by testosterone! But, I have found that God is perfect and He knew the balance I needed ~ the perfect men in my pink-colored world: pigs in champagne!

Kristy Monogrammed Scarf

Kristy loved Kimmie's scarf so I made her one in the colors she likes:

Wonder Deli Kitchen Towel

My first try at an embroidery with multiple colors. The towel is from the set of 3 for $5 at WM. I want to make sure I can embroider without difficulties before moving on to more expensive projects. I was just going to put "Deli" on it w/ the cute little Wonder Woman because that is her fave super hero but then decided to add the "Wonder" on top. LOL Now I just need to add the ruffle.

Monogrammed Scarf

I am loving these $5 scarves from WM. They are fleece and so soft and easy to embroider! I had to make one for me...

Trying Out Embroidery

These are my first attempts at embroidery on the BL. I am sooooo pleased with the results. Think I can start bigger projects now.

Tia Wichy's scarf - design is built in to the Spirit.

Kimmie's scarf - this is called "damask monogram" from emblibrary.com. Kimmie flipped when she saw it. Kristy immediately demanded one! Saying things like, "Hey, I was in this family first..." LOL

Melanie's scarf - same as Kimmie's but a different letter. Being in NY I knew she had to have a black scarf. And, purple is her favorite color. She LOVED it!!!

Christmas 2013

I didn't make Christmas cards this year. Well, that is until a few days before Christmas when Ralph decided he needed at least 17 cards for co-workers... Seeing as he is so awesome to me all the time I couldn't say no. I made 17 with the gold-tone bling strip and 3 with a red strip. I really like this die. It is so elegant and beautiful. The gold embossed paper was from one sheet I had in a paper pack. The cards are all cream-colored, even though they look white.

I had a little time left over when working on the cards above so I just took some left over paper and made this little one using a mini embossing folder.
