Hi!

I am a Christ follower blessed with a faith-filled husband, 2 incredible sons and so much more. God is so faithful! Being the only girl, I am always surrounded by hockey, baseball, football, muscle cars, loud noises, and all the wonderful things that make men who they are. But, I was born a girly-girl and like everything pink, frilly, and with jewelry and makeup added! Often I’ve felt as if my disjointed, but blessed lifestyle is overrun by testosterone! But, I have found that God is perfect and He knew the balance I needed ~ the perfect men in my pink-colored world: pigs in champagne!

Maria's Birthday Card

Maria's birthday was on Friday, August 12th. I was finally able to upload the pic of her card today since I didn't want to spoil the surprise in case she logged on. This is a step card and the stamp is from the Girlfriends line. I took the picture inside and somehow with the flash it is overexposed. The colors are vibrant and beautiful, from both the papers and the copics, although you can't really see that here. The last step has a MS chipboard piece that's a two-tiered cake with a banner saying "Happy Birthday". If you pull the glitter clothespins, a gift card comes out. That is what is hiding behind the circle. I think she liked it and hope she enjoys spending the gift card.
