When I saw this digi from Tiffany Doodles I knew it would become a fave. This is my first card with it but it was fast, easy, and the image really stands out. I can't wait to make other cards using feathers, embossing, etc. It's going to be a fun image!
The card is 6x6 and I used the cute 6x6 paper pack from My Mind's Eye. Loving those little packs! I layered the image on Nestabilities and colored with Copics, of course! The tail feathers are stickled and I added a little ribbon bling for the party hat topper. The ribbon is a sheer orange organza from my stash. Simple, fast, effective. Love it!
Hi!
I am a Christ follower blessed with a faith-filled husband, 2 incredible sons and so much more. God is so faithful! Being the only girl, I am always surrounded by hockey, baseball, football, muscle cars, loud noises, and all the wonderful things that make men who they are. But, I was born a girly-girl and like everything pink, frilly, and with jewelry and makeup added! Often I’ve felt as if my disjointed, but blessed lifestyle is overrun by testosterone! But, I have found that God is perfect and He knew the balance I needed ~ the perfect men in my pink-colored world: pigs in champagne!

Teapot Shaped Card
I've been practicing shaped cards so that if I find one that's easy to replicate I can teach a class for Carol at The Stamp Boutique. This is my first attempt with designing, cutting, and assembly. I actually really like it and will submit it for a Circle Challenge.
Kristy's Birthday
I knew I wanted to use this girl with the polka dot bikini for Kristy the minute I saw her on the "Good Old Days" Imagine cartridge. Love all the images and the color palette on that cart. She's 29 and holding so it's going to be a fun party! LOL
Zachary's Birthday
Zach turns 5 today and his party is "Jake and the Neverland Pirates". I couldn't resist using my new Buccaneer cartridge. He's going to love it, especially since the sentiment is on an action wobble!
Trevor's Birthday Card
Trevor turns 30 in June. Wow. Hope this card makes him feel young. He is but we all know what the big 30 can do... LOL
The card is 6x6 and all from Imagine's Buccaneer.

Elders' Wives Invitations
Diana and Debbie are hosting a Victorian Tea/Brunch for the Elders' wives from 2RC. She asked if I could make a few invitations for her. This is what I came up with. I have also been experimenting with lighting and photographing cards/layouts. This first pic was taken inside, by the window:
This one was taken outside. I think you get a much truer color even though the sun here is so bright.
I made a total of 7 invites. This pic taken outside also.
The digi is from Cornish Heritage Farms. I decided to go with all creams/ivories/whites and a touch of dusty rose. She really liked them. The teacup is colored with Copics and I covered the honey with glass accents. A little stickles on the teacup flowers added the perfect little touch. I kept them simple because she told me last night after Good Friday services and I had to give them to her today but I am happy with the result. I used my Nestabilities as well as some paper doilies from the dollar store to give texture and layers. The tulle and lace are from my stash. Finished size: 5.5 x 5.5

Quick Easter Cards
Mima's:
The stamp is a digi and I colored with Copics. The patterned paper is from Crate. I layered with a doily and some punched scraps. I also pop-dotted the image and ran some organza ribbon behind it. Of course, a little bling for the center of the flowers never hurts. LOL Stickles sprinkled all around finished the pastel eggs.
Matthew's:
PTI jar stamp set and patterned paper from a Michael's 6x6 stack. I used Copics, of course! Love the "string" stamp that comes with this set - looks so real. The base was CB. I didn't add ribbon or other embellishments b/c he laughs at me when I do all that! I guess that happens when you're 19 and think you know it all!!!
