I love spring colors and decided to play with the I (again LOL). Here are three so far, I have many more but haven't added the ribbon yet so I will post later.
The bunnies were fast and easy! I had some of those paper doilies we use for parties (6") and layered the I stock image scalloped circle, flood-filled with Lori's Garden (for the blue bunny), then chose a bunny from the Easter Seasonal cart and also flood-filled with a coordinating print from Lori's Garden. I liked it so much that I pulled up the file and re-flooded with patterns from Hopscotch (red/yellow bunny). The tulle and pompom add the finishing touch. Too cute!
The snail was an experiment with flowers. I have so many of those silk flowers I thought I'd better start using them up! She is from the Paisley cartridge and I flood-filled with the I. The background is also printed on the I and then I cuttlebugged and inked the raised edges. The eyes are dew drops LOL. She makes me happy just looking at her.
Hi!
I am a Christ follower blessed with a faith-filled husband, 2 incredible sons and so much more. God is so faithful! Being the only girl, I am always surrounded by hockey, baseball, football, muscle cars, loud noises, and all the wonderful things that make men who they are. But, I was born a girly-girl and like everything pink, frilly, and with jewelry and makeup added! Often I’ve felt as if my disjointed, but blessed lifestyle is overrun by testosterone! But, I have found that God is perfect and He knew the balance I needed ~ the perfect men in my pink-colored world: pigs in champagne!
